The introductory scene of Akshay in the film is, apparently, being directed by Robert Alonzo who is the stunt-coordinator of Hollywood actor Tom Cruise in ‘Mission Impossible 4.’ Akshay may have portrayed a nerdy character in ‘Housefull’ where his wimpy avatar loses love each time but that won’t be the case in its sequel.
Rather, he would be rendering a character which is devilish and smart much like the one in ‘Mujhse Shaadi Karoge’ where Akshay smartly duped Salman. Akshay has, of late, essayed the nerdy act in a number of comedies but ‘Housefull 2’ puts a full stop to his silly mavericks and portrays him as the cool dude type.
In fact, his character has been slightly influenced by James Bond. Sajid Khan reveals that Akshay’s cool quotient has been drastically enhanced in ‘Housefull 2’ and the viewers would get to see the kind of Akshay never seen before on screen.
We just hope that we get to see a better Akshay than what we saw in the dud ‘Tees Maar Khan’.
