The professional rivalry between actors SRK and Akshay Kumar is nothing
new. But this incident goes simply to prove that both actors take even
their difference rather professionally. In what can be called their
first out of stage and award function ‘takkar’, Akshay has gone and
bought the remake rights to Rajinikanth’s son-in-law Dhanush’s ‘Kolaveri
Di’.
Given the song’s popularity, Shah Rukh Khan was also thinking of buying the song’s right.
But
by the time the Badshah approached megastar Rajinikanth to talk about
the deal, the Khiladi had already closed it. SRK though felt the pinch
of moving a tad late, took the loss in his stride. Well, as they say all
is fair in the game of war.
